Thumbs Up EP-8S for the Leica X2

With six years production of Thumbs Up designs, match Technical now introduces the Thumbs Up EP-8S for use on the Leica X2 camera.
Thumbs Up EP-8S employs new features specific for the Leica X2. The Silicone Rubber inserts are located in two positions. These inserts serve to dampen vibration, provide stable contact with the camera body and better protect the camera.
We strive for an excellent finish on the solid brass Thumbs Up by applying coats of baked enamel over a hand polished surface.
The EP-8S thumb rest incorporates the well proven 22 degree beveled EP grip. This profile provides the most efficient shape for holding your Leica camera more securely and more comfortably. The special EP profile substantially reduces grip pressure and reduces camera shake.
The Thumbs Up EP-8S will provide a natural feel and sense of security. You can easily hold your Leica camera securely with one hand without inadvertanly disturbing the position of the shutter speed dial or exposure compensation dial present on the Leica X2.
The Leica X2 EVF port will be blocked by the THumbs Up EP-8S. If you wish to use an EVF, the Thumbs Up will slide out to allow installation of your EVF.
No tool are required to secure or remove the Thumbs Up EP-8S.
